まず今回はお世話になりました。ありがとう。
2ベットルームのオーシャンビューの2部屋で予約。
ホテルに着いてチェックインをするとキングサイズのベッドで予約を入れられてた。
同じベッドに人が居ると寝られないから分けてたのに、、、
部屋をシングルベッド2つの部屋に変更するとの事でちょっと待っててとの事。
まぁ少しぐらいならとロビーのバーで待機。全然呼ばれない。暑い中1時間ほど待機。
痺れを切らして受付付近の人に『チェックインは終わってるけど部屋は用意できましたか？』と質問。
そしたらもう一回チェックインの列に並べとの事。
数分後ようやく順番が来たタイミングで最初に受付対応した女性が現れる。そこで部屋のキーを渡されたんだが、どうもおかしい。カードキーが一部屋分しかない。
別のスタッフに部屋に案内され一通り説明が終わると帰ろうとしたのでもう一部屋は？と質問。慌てて確認に戻って、10分後にようやくキーを持って帰ってきた。
その後気を取り直してホテルのバーでお酒を注文。お釣りとカクテルとビールは後で持って行くからと言う事なのでプール横で待っていると酒は来たけど釣りがねぇ😡言わないと持って来れないのか？
また別日に出先から戻ってエレベーターを使おうとするとカードキーが全部使えない。
いくつか海外のホテルを利用してきましたがワースト3に入るレベル。
お互いの為に星を3ぐらいにするべきでは？

Staff were friendly and helpful. Beach is clean even if it is small. Food is good.
Room is ok, wish they had a laundry bag though.

I love that they are pet friendly. We had just a problem with the restaurant service, and also our check out took a long time. The prices also were expensive but overall, it was a good stay with my family.
